Winter Solstice Celebration

You are invited to honor the winter solstice by immersing yourself in reflection, setting intentions, drumming, and enjoying a sound journey. The solstice carries profound spiritual significance as a period for contemplation, renewal, and planting seeds of intentions to be nurtured in the dark womb of winter. It marks the cycle of rebirth following the year's longest night, where darkness is welcomed as a time for introspection, and the gradual return of daylight represents hope and new beginnings. It encourages us to respect the balance between light and shadow in nature and within ourselves.

Bring a blanket, pillow, and mat for your comfort, and wear comfortable clothing (p.j.'s welcome!) The studio does have some mats and blankets available for use.
