About the Event
The Equinox is a time of balance between day and night light. We will gather in the backyard for a time of reflection, including smudging, a communal ritual of gratitude and a sound immersion provided by Janelle Flory Schrock and Marie Neher.
Come release the tensions you have absorbed from the world. Relax into a state of balance by entering into a spirit of gratitude.
Please bring a yoga mat or lawn chair for your comfort and journal if you wish.
Bring a snack to share if you wish.
